I come all the way from my hometown Roi Et, Thailand, well-known for its jasmine rice and various spices. Back home, we use highly traditional cooking methods, paired with authentic sauce recipes that have been passed down from generations before me.
I have startedmy culinary journey since I was 10 years old, helping myparents preparing spices in the kitchen. At 16, I was already working in countless best restaurant kitchens across Thailand. Now, after more than 30 years of experience, I want to share only the best of my culinary heritage to everyone.
At Khao, we only use the best ingredients sourced locally from Bali and its surroundings. We believe in the freshness of all of our ingredients and as organic as possible. Everyday,we are creating memorable dining experiences throughour very traditional taste of Thai dishes.
